Non-Discrimination Practices: THE EIGHT's main focus is on vulnerable African-American, Latino, Asian, and Native Americans (A.L.A.N.A) communities, however, No person is refused services when in need.  THE EIGHT does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
